Job Overview

Steer Health is a pioneering AI-driven Growth and Automation platform dedicated to revolutionizing healthcare access and delivery. Our mission is to enhance patient experiences, reduce clinician burnout, and optimize healthcare operations. As a rapidly growing company, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO and executive team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain the CEO's calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, white papers, and other business documents.
  • Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity.
  • Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, managing communication and ensuring timely responses.
  • Coordinate events, conferences, and other corporate functions as needed.
  • Support special projects and initiatives as directed by the CEO and executive team.
  • Maintain and organize files, records, and documentation for easy access and retrieval.
  • Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or similar role.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work independently and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
