Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding service to guests, ensuring their expectations are not only met but exceeded.
  • Offer insightful menu recommendations and guide guests throughout their dining journey.
  • Accurately take orders and communicate them to the kitchen staff.
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized dining environment, following all sanitation and safety protocols.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced dining environment.
  • Preferred experience of at least 6 months in a restaurant setting.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
