Guest Services Representative

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Guest Services Agent to join our team at Hotel Continental Tapestry by Hilton. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay is memorable and enjoyable.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Greet and welcome guests, respond to their inquiries, and provide assistance with their needs.
- Front Desk Operations: Manage the front desk, handle check-ins and check-outs, and maintain accurate records.
- Communication: Effectively communicate with guests, colleagues, and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate, prevent, and resolve guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with other departments to ensure excellent guest service and hotel operations.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field is helpful.
- Experience: Previous experience in a hotel or related field is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in computer systems.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 20 pounds, and move objects as needed.
