Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will be tasked with maintaining and expanding relationships with existing members while also identifying and prospecting new members.
Your Impact:
Build strong relationships with members, serving as their trusted advisor.
Inform members about the advantages of our various programs, creating positive outcomes for their communities and institutions.
Expectations:
Develop and implement account strategies to achieve sales goals and deliver results by nurturing member relationships at all organizational levels.
Educate members on BankTalent HQ's products and services across various organizational tiers.
Collaborate with the Solutions Team to assess member business challenges and identify opportunities for solutions that influence decision-making.
Prepare for member engagement by setting objectives and strategizing to achieve them, while sustaining and enhancing member usage across product lines.
Regularly review sales progress and keep management updated on any challenges affecting key accounts.Support the Bank's marketing initiatives by participating in trade shows, industry events, and Bank-sponsored training and regional meetings, while continuously expanding industry and product knowledge to remain relevant and beneficial to members.
Act as a consultant and trusted advisor to client contacts, negotiating credit arrangements, promoting new solutions, and generating innovative business opportunities.
Work closely with other departments at BankTalent HQ to structure credit solutions that drive client success.Travel as needed to meet clients directly and attend industry conferences.
Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree is required; an MBA in finance or banking is preferred.
15+ years of experience in banking or marketing within a financial institution
5+ years of leadership experience
5+ years of experience in negotiating terms, pricing, and collateral requirements.
Proven experience in strategic planning and execution.
Strong knowledge of finance and relevant business issues, gained through advanced education or experience in investment banking, asset management, credit analysis, business development, or relationship management.
Experience in crafting and delivering impactful sales presentations.Essential skills include negotiation, leadership, and sales to effectively manage client relationships.
Familiarity with applicable industry regulations, typically acquired through prior experience or formal training, is preferred.
Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.Excellent organizational, multitasking, and prioritization abilities.
Willingness to travel up to 30-50% to meet calling standards and maintain a 7:00 am start time.
