Role Responsibilities
Reporting directly to the Provost, the Vice President for Institutional Research will play a pivotal role in advancing the institution's mission through effective utilization of data and evidence-based decision-making. This position is critical for the institution's ongoing success, promoting continuous enhancement and evaluating the outcomes of strategic priorities. The Vice President will coordinate institutional research, survey initiatives, assessment, compliance reporting, data governance, and other projects to ensure alignment with analytical data and continuous improvement, thereby supporting the institution's mission.
The Vice President will lead and manage a team of dedicated research and data professionals, executing a diverse range of projects with varying deadlines and priorities. Collaboration across the institution is essential to identify, define, and prioritize research and assessment efforts that support enrollment strategies, faculty workload analysis, instructional costs, benchmarking, student metrics, program evaluations, and accreditation processes. This leader will leverage data to provide insights and recommendations related to all facets of institutional operations, planning, quality enhancement, and decision-making, ultimately strengthening learning outcomes for a diverse student population.
