We are in search of a Senior Vice President of Client Relations for a prominent digital marketing agency.

Compensation includes a base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000, accompanied by a 20% performance bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Establish and nurture long-lasting relationships with daily clients and key stakeholders by delivering strategy-driven insights influenced by industry expertise.
  2. Exhibit proactive leadership as a key stakeholder throughout the lifecycle of multiple client projects.
  3. Work collaboratively with creative, strategic, technological, production, media, data, and analytics teams to develop strategies and concepts that exceed client expectations.
  4. Facilitate integrated marketing planning sessions with clients, agencies, and cross-agency collaborators.
  5. Identify and propose omnichannel marketing solutions utilizing paid, earned, and owned media.
  6. Leverage data-driven insights to inform strategy, ideation, creative development, and ongoing thought leadership.
  7. Deliver client presentations that feature compelling strategic narratives and visual storytelling.
  8. Promote collaboration among clients, internal project teams, and agency partners.
  9. Anticipate future client requirements and proactively manage potential risks.
  10. Create avenues for social and professional engagement with clients to strengthen ongoing partnerships.
  11. Guide account and cross-functional team members to maximize their growth potential.
  12. Collaborate with agency leadership to strategize, forecast, and improve profitability.

Qualifications:

  1. 8-10+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a client-facing capacity at an interactive agency.
  2. Proven ability to extract actionable insights from both qualitative and quantitative data.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of paid, earned, and owned media channels.
  4. Demonstrated experience with strategy, creative, and production life cycles (including agile methodologies) within a digital agency.
  5. Successful project management experience, including the implementation of new agency processes and workflows.
  6. Experience in consumer brands, retail, and e-commerce sectors.
  7. Preferred background in photo and video production.
  8. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  9. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  10. Experience with luxury brands is advantageous.
