About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Burger King. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading a team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of restaurant staff to achieve sales and customer service targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high-quality service experience, including prompt and friendly service, accurate orders, and a clean and welcoming restaurant environment.
  • Operations Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management, scheduling, and staff training.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including cash handling, inventory control, and cost control.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and beverages meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
  • Employee Development: Provide coaching and training to staff to help them develop their skills and achieve their career goals.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and ability to resolve issues in compliance with Burger King standards.
