Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Shift Lead to join our team at Tri City Foods, a growing Burger King franchise. As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for supervising, training, and motivating employees to maintain exceptional customer service and achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Train Employees: Lead and develop a high-performing team by providing guidance, coaching, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  • Manage Shift Operations: Oversee daily shift activities, including inventory management, cash handling, and customer service.
  • Resolve Customer Concerns: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory counts and ensure accurate ordering of supplies to prevent stock shortages.
  • Cash Handling: Count cash on hand at shift change and closing to determine shortages or overages and prepare bank deposit statements.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve sales goals and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with employees, customers, and management.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
