Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of invoices.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 4 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Experience with Oracle applications and other financial software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Competencies:
  • Strong knowledge of accounts payable processing concepts and applications.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time effectively.
