The FENDI Client Advisor plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service while consistently achieving sales targets. By leveraging extensive product knowledge and operational expertise, the Client Advisor ensures a remarkable client experience, reinforcing the brand's dedication to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed all Client Advisor performance metrics and customer relationship management (CRM) requirements.
  • Achieve or surpass individual, store, and category sales objectives.
  • Comply with all Top Store Guidelines.
  • Develop and maintain a robust client portfolio; address client inquiries and concerns; sustain customer communication to foster relationships and drive sales.
  • Assist with special requests, including repairs, special orders, and returns.
  • Adhere to all store policies and procedures.
  • Participate in the stocking and restocking of merchandise.
  • Utilize the POS system and other required software accurately, updating the customer database as necessary.
  • Acquire in-depth product knowledge, company history, and competitive insights.
  • Stay informed about company news and industry trends.
  • Maintain a professional appearance in accordance with FENDI's dress code and grooming standards.
  • Perform regular store maintenance tasks as assigned.
  • May be responsible for opening and closing the store, including conducting morning team meetings.
  • Assist in maintaining visual merchandising standards as directed by management.
  • Foster open communication and positive relationships with store management, colleagues, and other company personnel.
  • Serve as a positive representative of the brand at all times.
  • Participate in training new Client Advisors on product knowledge, store procedures, and company policies.
  • Engage in and prepare for monthly team meetings.
  • Adhere to loss prevention protocols.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in luxury retail preferred.
  • Strong results-driven mindset; goal-oriented.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and inventory management functions.
  • Experience in ready-to-wear (RTW) is preferred.
  • Foreign language skills are advantageous.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Capable of lifting boxes weighing up to 10 lbs.
  • Minimum High School Diploma required.
  • Strong organizational and computer skills are essential.
  • Must possess flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
