Luxury Sales Associate

The ideal candidate for this Luxury Sales Associate role at What Goes Around Comes Around will possess a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a keen eye for luxury goods. They will be responsible for consistently meeting personal sales goals, building a loyal client base, and maintaining a professional demeanor with all coworkers and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Client Service:
- Greet all customers and provide attentive and personalized service
- Consistently sell a wide range of luxury merchandise
- Build and maintain a client book through effective communication and relationship-building
- Meet or exceed personal weekly and monthly sales targets
- Meet minimum client outreach requirements
Product Knowledge:
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of luxury products and current fashion trends
- Independently research and stay up-to-date on industry developments to enhance sales skills
Visual Merchandising:
- Maintain store standards and visual appeal throughout the day
- Assist with inventory and floor sets as needed
Operations:
- Ensure the store is operational and visually appealing during business hours and after closing
- Complete opening and closing checklists
- Remove unwanted merchandise from fitting rooms
- Follow all procedures for ringing up sales
Requirements:
- Passion for sales, styling, and customer service
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Maintain an elevated appearance that reflects the company's aesthetic
- Record of increasing sales and consistently ranking as a top performer
