The Revenue Cycle Director will serve as the primary lead for PHC's billing and collections processes, working closely with the Patient Services Director to drive revenue growth and improve operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve revenue cycle performance, including optimizing billing and collections processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices
  • Lead and manage the internal billing team, providing guidance and support to ensure successful implementation of revenue cycle initiatives
  • Analyze financial data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue cycle performance and success

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a healthcare revenue cycle position, with a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role
  • Proven track record of improving revenue cycle performance and reducing denial rates
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and develop effective solutions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse stakeholders, including patients, providers, and payers
  • Bachelor's degree in health information management, business administration, or a related field

Salary:

The estimated salary range for this position is $70,400 - $88,000 annually, based on qualifications and experience. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for bonuses and other forms of compensation.
