About the Job:

This role requires a high degree of leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for managing the front office operations of assigned clinical units, including patient registration, revenue cycle operations, and staff management.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage patient registration, payer mix, and schedule optimization to ensure optimal patient access.
  • Collaborate with the Clinical Practice Manager to build a positive work culture and ensure effective communication among staff.
  • Monitor and take action based on payer mix data to improve revenue cycle operations.
  • Manage provider schedules to ensure efficient patient flow and minimize wait times.
  • Hire, train, and manage assigned personnel to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Ensure thorough and effective communication about clinic and agency information to assigned personnel.
  • Manage financials of the front office operations, including purchasing and expenses.
