The Staff Pad is partnering with a dynamic roofing company to find an accomplished Sales Manager based in Des Moines, Iowa.


$200k+ First-Year OTE and Comprehensive Benefits Package
About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to lead our team's development and growth. As Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing recruitment strategies to enhance our team's talent pool
  • Maintaining standardized onboarding and training procedures to ensure seamless integration of new hires
  • Providing one-on-one coaching to Field Representatives to drive their advancement and success
  • Aligning our sales team with our company's Core Values

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

You will be expected to:

  • Increase annual revenue by meeting or exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
  • Lead Saturday Sales blitz initiatives to maximize sales potential
  • Track Field Representative KPIs and address any deficiencies promptly
  • Support Field Representatives with adjustments and customer interactions as needed

Building a High-Performing Team:

You will have the opportunity to:

  • Acknowledge, encourage, and reward positive behavior among your team members
  • Host regular meetups with the sales team during the week and biweekly group events throughout the season
  • Collaborate with Sales Directors to provide ongoing coaching content shared at sales meetings
