We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Territory Manager to join our team in Sacramento, CA. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with healthcare teams in the clinic and hospital setting to promote our InCourage airway clearance therapy solution.
Your primary focus will be on outside sales and territory management, with a strong emphasis on new business development and growth. You will be expected to identify new opportunities, overcome objections, and foster positive relationships within existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow the business
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare teams and key decision-makers
- Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent and related work experience
- 3+ years successful direct field sales experience
- Ability to be in the field within the territory 90% of the time (including some overnights)
- Previous Durable/Home medical equipment and/or pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
