Job Title: Events Coordinator

Our company, Findicia, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Events Coordinator to join our team. As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with clients to determine event objectives, budget, and timeline
  • Develop event proposals, including budget breakdowns, timelines, and creative ideas
  • Source and negotiate with vendors for event services, such as venues, catering, decor, and entertainment
  • Coordinate all event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and on-site management
  • Manage event budgets and ensure all expenses are within the allocated budget
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote events through various channels
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and event partners
  • Conduct post-event evaluations and provide recommendations for future events
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event planning software
  • Knowledge of event marketing and promotion strategies
