The Gravity Staffing, Inc. office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule phone and in-person interviews, administer pre-employment tests, and coordinate domestic travel arrangements for candidates.
  • Event Planning: Facilitate scheduling and super days for intern and analyst programs, and coordinate HR meetings, recruiting events, and on-site culture events.
  • Logistics and Administration: Schedule new hire orientation, maintain new hire presentations and supporting materials, and manage Anniversary Gift program and other swag programs.
  • Compliance and Operations: Manage State and Federal Labor Law posters for all US offices, and assist with HR Team travel, as needed.
  • Ad-Hoc Projects: Assist with various HR-related projects as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative experience
  • Resourceful, well-organized, highly dependable, and efficient
  • Excellent attention to detail with high degree of accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and in team environment
  • Sound judgment and knows when to escalate issues
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills - Proficiency in Word and Excel required
