The Gravity Staffing, Inc. office is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Human Resources Assistant to provide administrative and operational support to the HR team.

Responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and coordinating interviews, pre-employment tests, and new hire orientations
  • Facilitating scheduling and logistics for intern and analyst programs
  • Coordinating domestic travel arrangements for candidates and employees
  • Assisting with HR meetings, recruiting events, and on-site culture events
  • Managing HR Team travel, including flights, hotels, and car services
  • Overseeing the Anniversary Gift program and other employee recognition initiatives
  • Ensuring compliance with State and Federal Labor Law posters for all US offices
  • Supporting ad-hoc projects as required

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years of Administrative experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Sound judgment and ability to escalate issues when necessary
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
