Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for running day-to-day operations, managing personnel, food quality and safety, online sales, catering events, community outreach, and working with vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage front and back of house operations
  • Oversee personnel management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
  • Ensure high-quality food and exceptional customer service
  • Develop and implement online sales and marketing strategies
