Office Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team at Solomon Page. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-level oversight of day-to-day operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow.
  • Manage the corporate calendar, scheduling meetings and coordinating logistics as needed.
  • Develop and implement organizational procedures and systems for office personnel, including file and project management.
  • Oversee vendors and manage office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Track expenses and create expense reports, as well as coordinate travel logistics.
  • Manage accounts payable, reconcile credit card bills, and organize expense support.
  • Coordinate deliveries and handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages.
  • Order and distribute lunch daily.
  • Troubleshoot IT/Office Equipment issues.
  • Provide backup support to the CIO/CEO's EA as needed.
  • Assist with updating presentation materials and maintaining a proper inventory of materials.
  • Organize team building outings and events.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-5+ years of applicable office administrative support experience, ideally within financial services.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
  • Smart, proactive, and anticipatory, with a strong attention to detail.
