We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our team at TORP Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our tenants and supporting our Property Managers in their daily tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phone calls and greeting incoming guests or tenants
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files for tenants
- Coordinating events and activities at the property
- Providing concierge services to tenants
- Supporting Property Managers with various projects and tasks
- Managing certificates of insurance and business licenses
- Dispatching maintenance requests and communicating with vendors
- Receiving and processing accounts payable
- Scheduling meetings and coordinating tenant appreciation events
- Preparing correspondence and reports for Property Managers
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- At least 2 years of office experience
- Commercial property management experience a plus
