We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Property Coordinator to join our team at TORP Group. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our tenants and supporting our Property Managers in their daily tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and greeting incoming guests or tenants
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date files for tenants
  • Coordinating events and activities at the property
  • Providing concierge services to tenants
  • Supporting Property Managers with various projects and tasks
  • Managing certificates of insurance and business licenses
  • Dispatching maintenance requests and communicating with vendors
  • Receiving and processing accounts payable
  • Scheduling meetings and coordinating tenant appreciation events
  • Preparing correspondence and reports for Property Managers

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
  • At least 2 years of office experience
  • Commercial property management experience a plus
