Role Impact: The Territory Manager role is pivotal in making a difference through the following key responsibilities:

  • Achieving and surpassing corporate sales targets within the designated territory.
  • Establishing and nurturing robust partnerships with targeted Eye Care Professionals (ECPs), effectively embodying the vision and culture of Oyster Point.
  • Leveraging expertise in disease states, market dynamics, and industry trends to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Delivering approved, educational, and patient-focused communications, along with relevant disease-state information to targeted ECP accounts.
  • Meeting business objectives on a quarterly and annual basis while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to foster a positive experience for targeted Eye Care accounts and their patients.
  • Exemplifying company culture through daily interactions with customers and collaboration with colleagues.
  • Utilizing territory business planning tools to uncover additional business opportunities.
  • Effectively managing approved resources to maximize potential and growth opportunities.
  • Adhering to all legal, regulatory, and compliance policies while maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution is required.
  • A valid driver's license and the ability to travel as necessary.
  • 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, medical, or related sales with a proven track record in technical knowledge and selling techniques.
  • Experience in eye care is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Collaborating effectively with internal partners to create educational experiences for targeted Eye Care accounts.
  • Providing customer insights and feedback on strategic initiatives in partnership with field leadership.
  • Meeting all access requirements for target offices and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, applicable CRM systems, and similar databases.
  • Fluency in English, including speaking, comprehension, reading, and writing.

Compensation: Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The salary range for this position is $98,000 - $147,941.
