Regional Sales Director

P.F. Chang's is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing our catering and dine-in events business in the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales and lead generation strategies to meet event sales targets.
- Utilize CRM technology to manage business-to-business sales and lead generation, focusing on corporate dinners, events, and off-premise catering.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and email outreach.
- Represent the company at community marketing events to boost brand awareness.
- Coordinate client site visits and tastings with restaurant General Managers.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to post-event follow-up, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Minimum 2 years of sales or combined sales and restaurant/hospitality experience.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Strong B2B sales and lead generation background.
- Proficient in CRM technology and cold outreach.
- Experience in organizing and participating in marketing events.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, team environment.
- Travel up to 25%.
- Drive up to 4 hours at a time; air travel for longer trips.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Stand and walk for 8-10 hours per day.
- Lift and transport objects up to 30 pounds.
In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible for a quarterly commission and annual bonus plus attractive benefits package and paid time off plan.
P.F. Chang's Pay Range (based on experience): $60,000.00 - $60,000.00 / year
