Front Desk Supervisor Night Shift
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Residence Inn Portland North.
About the Role:
The Front Desk Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the front desk operations during overnight hours, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and assist front desk staff as needed.
- Process guest arrivals, departures, and requests efficiently.
- Resolve guest complaints and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of front office software.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
