Assistant Front Office Manager

Job Summary:
Crescent Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for leading the guest service team and managing the daily operations of our hotel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with the Front Office Manager to oversee the front office operation, including front desk and night audit.
- Work shifts with front desk agents and night auditors, demonstrating excellent leadership skills and providing impeccable hospitality guest service.
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, supervising, training, assessing, and evaluating front desk agents and night auditors.
- Oversee service quality, operational efficiency, guest satisfaction, standards compliance, and service and financial measurement.
- Identify operational performance, productivity, and efficiency gaps and implement measures to correct those deficiencies.
- Ensure guest and team member satisfaction.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position in a hotel.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and customer service skills.
- Marriott brand experience is a plus.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service and making the guest's experience a memorable one.
