- Scheduling: Assist with scheduling appointments, managing waitlists, and coordinating patient flow.
- Financial Transactions: Process payments, collect co-pays, and manage patient balances.
- Administrative Tasks: Prepare charts, paperwork, and other documents as needed; maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; prior experience in a clinical front office setting preferred.
- Language: Fluently speak, read, and write English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand, bend, push, pull, lift, and transport supplies or equipment up to 50 pounds.
