- Front Office Operations
- Oversee the daily operations of the front office, including check-in, check-out, and room assignments.
- Manage the MICROS system, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of transactions.
- Team Management
- Supervise and train front office staff, including front desk agents, front office supervisors, and guest service aides.
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance staff performance and productivity.
- Communication and Collaboration
- Communicate effectively with other departments, including housekeeping and engineering, to ensure seamless guest service.
- Collaborate with the general manager to handle special requests, group blocking, and unusual circumstances.
