Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Office Operations Manager to join our team at Remington. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless guest experiences and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guest Relations: Anticipate and respond to guest needs, maintaining a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Staff Management: Supervise and train front office staff, including interviewing, hiring, and scheduling.
  • Operational Efficiency: Manage the MICROS system, ensuring accurate and efficient daily transactions.
  • Problem Resolution: Investigate and resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction and creative problem-solving.
  • Communication: Collaborate with Housekeeping and Engineering Departments to ensure guest room requests and maintenance needs are met.
  • Special Requests: Assist the General Manager with special requests, group blocking, and unusual circumstances.
Requirements
  • High Work Ethic: Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-initiative, and independent judgment.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in customer service and problem-solving.
  • Regular Attendance: Maintain regular attendance according to established guidelines.
  • Flexibility: Be available to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the property.
  • Attention to Detail: Focus and maintain attention to tasks, completing work assignments on time despite frequent interruptions.
