Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Advanced Technology Sales Professional to join our team at CDW. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their business needs, and providing them with expert advice and solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their business needs and providing them with expert advice and solutions.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our advanced technology products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
  • Sales and Marketing: Work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies and plans that meet our customers' needs and drive business growth.
  • Order Management: Manage customer orders, including processing and fulfilling orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products.
  • Contract Management: Manage customer contracts, including negotiating and executing contracts, and ensuring compliance with contract terms and conditions.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Provide regular sales reports and analytics to our management team, including sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business, marketing, or sales.
  • Experience: 3 years of experience in sales or sales operations, preferably in the advanced technology industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues. Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to negotiate and close deals. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
Working Conditions

This is a full-time position that requires regular attendance and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be required to travel up to 10% of the time to meet with customers and attend sales meetings.
