Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and creative Sales-Focused Interior Design Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for working with customers to design and sell custom storage solutions that meet their needs and exceed their expectations.
Responsibilities- Meet with customers to understand their design and storage needs
- Design and present custom storage solutions to customers
- Sell and close sales of custom storage solutions
- Travel to customer locations to conduct design consultations and sales presentations
- Work with customers to measure and install custom storage solutions
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- 1+ year of sales and/or customer service experience in a professional setting
- Interior design experience and/or education preferred but not required
- Tech savvy with the ability to conduct business virtually/digitally
- Reliable, personal transportation, valid driver's license, and valid insurance
- Minimum schedule availability of 30+ hours per week
- Reliable, personal computer and smartphone
- Applicants must reside within the state of WI
- Pre-set appointments – no cold calling
- Paid training and ongoing support from our Sales Manager
- Flexible schedules and ability to work from home
- Company provided sales kit and marketing materials
- Monthly gas stipend
- Mileage reimbursement for travel over 75 miles one way
Designers are 100% commission with monthly bonus opportunities. Average salary ranges from $40k-$60k, with the potential to earn more. All training is paid at a rate of $15/hr. This is a W2 position with a bi-weekly payroll paid via direct deposit.
