ROLE SUMMARY: Reporting directly to the Head of Global Marketing Operations, the Director of Marketing Operations and Technology will oversee the strategic planning, development, and execution of essential business processes, initiatives, infrastructure, and technology to achieve marketing objectives.

This role requires a growth-oriented operations leader who will collaborate with marketing and extended go-to-market teams to support strategic business requirements while enhancing the overall efficiency of our lead generation processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, sales, and enterprise application teams to maximize the potential of our technology stack, driving efficiency throughout the sales funnel.
  • Lead the strategic vision for our marketing technology roadmap, conducting audits and evaluations of our marketing technology stack, including automation capabilities, lead processing, and performance measurement.
  • Enhance the productivity of the marketing operations team by managing workload, prioritizing tasks based on business needs and return on investment.
  • Partner with enterprise applications to ensure the effective execution of business requirements within core systems.
  • Build and nurture a high-performing marketing operations team, establishing a center of excellence in marketing operations encompassing people, processes, and technology.
  • Mentor team members on marketing technologies, lead workflows, customer data platforms, and campaign management.

TECHNOLOGY STRATEGY:

  • Develop a comprehensive vision for new and existing marketing systems and analytics programs that foster growth across digital, direct, and partner channels.
  • Support the architecture and strategy of our marketing systems, ensuring seamless transfer of actionable insights between marketing, sales, and product systems.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with key stakeholders in marketing, sales, business systems, and finance to identify challenges and opportunities impacting the sales and marketing pipeline.

LEADERSHIP AND MENTORING:

  • Assess opportunities and risks with go-to-market teams to help achieve their tactical and strategic goals.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to various audiences, from individual contributors to executives, and contribute to discussions on pipeline and marketing strategies.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:

  • Demonstrate a strong capability for talent development and team building.
  • Foster a positive culture within the team.

PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENT:

  • Collaborate with marketing analytics and central data teams to drive effective performance modeling and measurement.
