Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with targeted healthcare providers, leveraging your exceptional sales ability and competitive drive.
  • Territory Management: Develop and execute a sales strategy to maximize new business opportunities and grow existing relationships within your assigned territory.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on the latest products and services offered by Syneos Health, and deliver compelling presentations to customers in territory.
  • Relationship Building: Build trust and credibility with customers, and become a true collaborator in commercial success.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or 4+ years' of equivalent experience in professional sales, work experience in the healthcare/scientific field, professional marketing experience, or military experience.
  • Experience: 3+ years' pharmaceutical sales experience, with a documented history of sales success and delivering results.
  • Travel: Ability to travel and possess a valid driver's license to drive to assigned healthcare accounts.
  • Location: Must live within territory or within territory boundaries.
