Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Full-Time Beauty Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Engage clients through consultative selling, showcasing new products and promotions.
  • Drive sales by prioritizing customer satisfaction.
  • Efficiently process transactions using the POS system.
  • Maintain accurate store promotions, signage, and merchandising displays.
  • Handle cash and perform opening and closing procedures.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients, customers, and guests.
  • Perform additional duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships.
  • Willingness to learn and retain product knowledge to enhance sales.
  • Strong visual merchandising abilities.
  • Technical aptitude with the capability to learn new systems.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Previous retail experience is essential.
  • Experience as a Hairstylist or Esthetician is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Availability to work weekends.
