Training Specialist

At Eminence Organic Skin Care, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Training Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our sales and training team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional training and sales support to our Spa Partners.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct regular business meetings with Spa Partners to discuss sales targets, product promotions, and training needs.
- Develop and deliver tailored training programs to enhance Spa Partners' knowledge of Eminence products and services.
- Provide ongoing support and coaching to Spa Partners to ensure they have the skills and confidence to succeed.
- Collaborate with the Outside Sales Representative to identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of training sessions, sales data, and customer interactions.
- Current Esthetician License and a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with Spa Partners and internal stakeholders.
- Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to effectively communicate the benefits of Eminence products to customers.
- Ability to travel overnight within the territory and occasionally outside of the territory as necessary.
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for assigned territory.
