Sales and Account Development Specialist

At Spectraforce Technologies Inc., we are seeking a highly motivated Sales and Account Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other lead generation activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a sales or account development role.
- Proven track record of success in a corporate sales environment, exceeding sales targets and meeting all KPIs.
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university.
