Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Account Manager to join our team at Sherwin-Williams. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for executing sales strategies to grow market share through the development of relationships, closing new business, maintaining current customers, and effectively selling new product technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and market share expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, site management, and upper management
  • Perform comprehensive sales, market, and account management activities with an emphasis on sales volume and customer growth
  • Lead sales activities, implement sales and related business strategies, and service customer business
  • Develop and manage large regions or national territories with considerable complexity
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success in sales and account management
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal direction on complex accounts
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
