Hotel Guest Services Representative

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Hotel Guest Services Representative to join our team at Opus Communities LLC.
Job SummaryThis is a full-time position responsible for providing exceptional guest service, managing hotel operations, and ensuring a seamless stay experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:- Guest Service
- Welcome and check-in guests, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and transactions.
- Hotel Operations
- Manage front desk operations, including checking in and out guests, assigning rooms, and issuing keys.
- Handle reservations made over the phone, online, or in-person, verifying guest information and updating records as necessary.
- Coordinate with other hotel staff to ensure guest rooms are ready for occupancy and any issues are resolved quickly.
- Additional Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, ensuring all supplies and materials are well-stocked and easily accessible.
- Manage guest breakfast and lobby convenience store.
- Complete shift reports and maintain accurate records.
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in hotel guest services or a related field.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- A competitive salary of $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
