Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Guest Services Agent to join our team at Conrad Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is memorable and enjoyable.

About the Role:

This role requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, handling check-in, check-out, and room assignments, as well as responding to guest inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a positive and welcoming demeanor at all times.
  • Greet guests by name and ensure they feel valued and respected.
  • Register guests and assign rooms, while providing accurate information about hotel services and amenities.
  • Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other financial duties efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Previous experience in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor in challenging situations.
