Guest Service Representative

Aimbridge Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Front Desk Agent to provide exceptional guest service and support to our hotel's operations. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for registering guests, handling room reservations, and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

About the Role:
- You have a high school diploma or equivalent and/or relevant experience in a hotel or related field.
- You possess a positive and upbeat personality, with a desire to deliver outstanding customer service.
- You can effectively multitask, be detail-oriented, and problem-solve to deal with internal and external customers.
- You must be able to convey information and ideas clearly, evaluate options quickly, and work well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk, maintaining a friendly and warm demeanor.
- Maintain proper operation of the telephone switchboard and ensure performance standards are met.
- (Handle requests for information, mail, and messages in an efficient and courteous manner).
- Answer guest inquiries about hotel services, facilities, and hours of operation.
- Establish and maintain good communications and teamwork with fellow associates and other departments.
- Be aware of all rates, packages, and special promotions, as well as closed-out and restricted dates.
