Territory Sales Executive

The Territory Sales Executive serves as a crucial representative of Advanced Nutrients to designated retail partners. Their expertise in establishing connections and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships is essential to the team's success.
This role necessitates considerable travel within the local area to enhance brand visibility and drive sales for Advanced Nutrients.
Key Responsibilities1. Achieve and surpass designated sales targets within the assigned territory, with regular reviews of progress alongside management.
2. Actively seek out new business opportunities in sectors such as gardening, hydroponics, and consumer products.
3. Ensure timely follow-up on all necessary communications for onboarding new accounts.
4. Address and resolve any outstanding accounts receivable issues with clients.
5. Cultivate business relationships through a strong client focus, visiting all clients regularly during standard business hours, with occasional weekend commitments during peak seasons.
6. Treat clients with respect, viewing them as long-term partners in mutual growth.
7. Identify and relay sales opportunities within the designated region.
8. Support the growth of business operations in the assigned area.
9. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of Advanced Nutrients products to effectively address customer inquiries.
10. Log all activities in the CRM system daily.
11. Perform additional duties as required.
Essential Qualifications
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional written, organizational, and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to quickly establish rapport with clients and consumers.
- Familiarity with sales processes and methodologies.
- Capable of delivering engaging sales presentations.
- Excellent active listening abilities.
- Adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced work environment.
- Experience working independently and remotely.
- Self-motivated and focused in a fully remote setting.
- Comfortable with change and new workflows.
- Willingness to travel extensively, covering up to 150 miles daily, primarily conducting business at client locations.
- Valid state driver's license, proof of insurance, and a reliable vehicle are required.
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience.
- Preferred experience of 2 years working with a CRM system.
- Proficiency with smartphones is necessary.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Compensation:
$55,000 annually plus commission
Location:
New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, DC, Delaware, Virginia.
