Territory Sales Executive at Advanced Nutrients
The Territory Sales Executive serves as the representative of Advanced Nutrients to designated retailers, fostering significant relationships and driving sales growth. This position requires extensive travel within the local area to engage with clients and enhance product visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve and surpass sales targets in the designated area, with regular performance evaluations with management
- Develop new client accounts in sectors such as gardening, hydroponics, or consumer products
- Resolve client accounts receivable issues while prioritizing exceptional customer satisfaction
- Identify sales prospects and facilitate business growth in the region
- Exhibit comprehensive product knowledge to assist clients effectively
- Maintain daily documentation of all activities in the CRM system
- Perform additional duties as required
Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Understanding of market dynamics and industry trends
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Capability to adapt, establish rapport, and deliver sales presentations
- Strong listening skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with remote work and CRM systems
- Possession of a valid driver's license, insurance, and a dependable vehicle
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Familiarity with smartphone technology
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification
Location: Various locations within the designated territory
Compensation: Competitive salary plus commission structure
