We are on the lookout for a Service Operations Supervisor to join our dynamic team.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Drive installation sales and service fees by ensuring high-quality and timely product installations and repairs.

+ Oversee daily operations within the Service Department.

+ Manage shop personnel, providing essential support for technical installations.

+ Conduct training sessions for employees on new products and safety protocols.

+ Review and monitor work schedules, customer feedback, technician productivity, and labor control reports.

+ Track and analyze monthly departmental performance metrics.

+ Collaborate with the Service Manager to review departmental budgets aimed at maximizing installation sales and fees.

+ Ensure that productivity standards are consistently met.

+ Deliver comprehensive customer service from start to finish.

+ Assist with phone inquiries and provide necessary support.

+ Maintain a safe and organized work environment for both customers and colleagues.

+ Perform additional tasks as required.

+ Potentially cross-train for other roles within the department.

Qualifications Required:

+ Proficient in reading and interpreting safety guidelines, operating instructions, and procedural manuals.

+ Capable of managing multiple tasks and planning work schedules for optimal coverage.

+ Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally and tactfully.

+ Ability to prioritize tasks and analyze information to produce reports.

+ Skilled in providing accurate and helpful information to customers.

+ Competent in resolving issues and facilitating positive outcomes.

+ Openness to taking on additional responsibilities as directed by management.

+ Previous supervisory experience is preferred.

+ Basic math skills are essential.

+ Comprehensive understanding of product installation processes.

+ Familiarity with the methods, procedures, and policies of a Service Department environment.

+ General knowledge of products, installation timelines, pricing, and current promotions.

+ Forklift experience or certification is preferred, or the ability to obtain certification is required.

+ A valid Driver's License is mandatory.

+ Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistance.

+ Willingness to engage in prolonged periods of standing, bending, and other physical activities.

+ Awareness of potential hazards associated with electrical and welding equipment.

+ Exposure to varying environmental conditions such as heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust, and wetness.

Compensation:

$48,355.00 - $66,452.50 annually.
