About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cage Supervisor to join our team at Delaware North. As a key member of our gaming operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the cage and vault, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of associates, providing planning and scheduling of work assignments, and performance development.
  • Participate in the selection and training of new team members, working to ensure they are knowledgeable of laws and procedures.
  • Maintain self-serve kiosks and assist in the preparation of daily and weekly reports.
  • Cross-train in all facets of cage operations, including Drop/Count and Main Bank.
  • Maintain an accurate cash bank and balance money at the end of each shift; investigate all variances and report when applicable.
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Monitor the ticket redemption machines and schedule maintenance as needed.
  • Maintain the supervisor bank transactions daily when necessary.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience in a gaming role.
  • Ability to handle large money transactions accurately and reconcile vault.
  • Superior communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to lead in a results-oriented, high volume environment.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office required.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs occasionally and push a trolley cart with an approximate weight of 75 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods.
  • Must be able to bend, lift, and crouch as needed.
Work Environment

The gaming environment can be moderate-to-high noise levels, including exposure to second-hand smoke.
