We are looking for skilled Site Supervisors to lead our diverse construction projects, which encompass various structures including bridges, drainage systems, erosion control measures, retaining walls, sanitary sewer systems, and stormwater management solutions. Ideal candidates will possess prior leadership experience in a construction or physical manufacturing setting. Familiarity with concrete, rebar, or general construction practices is highly advantageous.
Job Responsibilities
+ Oversee and coordinate the activities of team members in production and finishing sectors.
+ Ensure quality assurance by supervising the construction of wooden supports, tying and securing rebar, setting rebar cages, and pouring concrete.
+ Manage the operation of hand tools, saws, and drills to promote safety and efficiency.
+ Supervise the finishing stages, including smoothing and sanding concrete imperfections to enhance shape and appearance.
+ Train and mentor laborers on industry best practices and safety protocols.
+ Address any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction and finishing operations.
Compensation & Benefits
+ $23.00-$26.00/hour

Shifts
+ Early Bird Shift: 3:00am-3:30pm | Monday-Friday
+ Day Shift: 5:00am-5:30pm | Monday-Friday
+ Night Shift: 12:00am-10:30am | Monday-Friday
Qualifications
+ Previous experience in general labor or construction.
+ Proficient in the use of hand and power tools.
+ Experience with concrete work.
+ Strong safety awareness.
