Position Overview
Delaware North Gaming is seeking a full-time Cage Operations Supervisor to oversee the cage and vault operations. This role is crucial in ensuring compliance with all relevant state, federal, and corporate regulations.
Work Schedule
The work hours will vary, as the supervisor will be required to train and work across different shifts, including overnight, day shifts, and holiday schedules.
Compensation
The starting pay for this position is $18.00 per hour, with potential for negotiation based on experience. The maximum pay rate is $20.50 per hour.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead a team of associates, including planning and scheduling work assignments.
- Assist in the recruitment and training of new team members to ensure they understand the necessary laws and procedures.
- Maintain self-service kiosks and assist in preparing daily and weekly reports.
- Cross-train in all aspects of cage operations, including Drop/Count and Main Bank.
- Ensure accurate cash management and investigate any discrepancies.
- Monitor ticket redemption machines and arrange for maintenance as required.
- Support the daily supervisor bank transactions as needed.
- Align with the organization’s goals and demonstrate commitment through individual and team performance.
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a gaming environment.
- Ability to manage large cash transactions accurately.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on results.
- Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
- No formal college degree is required.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including holidays and weekends.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally and push a trolley cart weighing approximately 75 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods.
- Capability to bend, lift, and crouch as necessary.
- Work environment may include moderate to high noise levels and exposure to second-hand smoke.
