Work Schedule

The work hours will vary, including overnight shifts, day shifts, and both day and overnight bank shifts. Availability during weekends and holidays is required.

Compensation

The starting pay for this role is $18.00 per hour, with the potential for negotiation based on prior experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise and guide a team of associates, managing work assignments and performance evaluations.
  • Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff, ensuring they are well-versed in relevant laws and procedures.
  • Maintain self-service kiosks and assist in preparing daily and weekly financial reports.
  • Cross-train in all aspects of cage operations, including cash handling and vault management.
  • Ensure accurate cash management and investigate any discrepancies.
  • Monitor ticket redemption machines and coordinate necessary maintenance.
  • Uphold the organization’s goals and vision through individual and team performance.

Required Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of supervisory experience in a gaming environment.
  • Ability to accurately manage large cash transactions and reconcile the vault.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills in a fast-paced setting.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Must obtain and maintain a state gaming license.
  • No formal degree is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 30 lbs occasionally and maneuver a trolley cart weighing approximately 75 lbs.
  • Must be capable of standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to bend, lift, and crouch as necessary.
  • Work environment may involve moderate to high noise levels and exposure to second-hand smoke.

Shift Information

This position requires flexibility to work day, evening, and overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays.
