The Billing Specialist role plays a vital part in our revenue cycle activities, ensuring compliance with insurance companies and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will possess basic knowledge of billing and/or account receivable experience and be proficient in handling high-volume claims processing.

  • Post patient payments and schedule visits as necessary
  • Apply insurance payments to patient accounts
  • Follow up with insurance companies on incorrectly denied claims and submit appeals when required
