Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Billing Specialist to join our team at CharterCARE Health Partners. In this role, you will be responsible for managing account receivables, investigating and resolving denials, and ensuring accurate billing practices.

This is a remote position with occasional scheduled office time, offering a great work-life balance. Our ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience in medical billing, with expertise in third-party billing and multi-specialty experience preferred.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will also have excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with patients and staff.

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as opportunities for growth and development within the company.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage account receivables and investigate denials
  • Post payments, denials, and correspondence into patient accounting systems
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and staff
