About the Job

We are seeking an Account Growth Specialist to join our team at SMC Corporation of America. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic account management and developing new business relationships.

You will work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling, and develop plans to acquire new customers. Your strong analytical and problem-solving skills will enable you to make informed decisions and drive results.

The estimated salary for this role is $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Account Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer accounts to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • New Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand SMC's market share and revenue.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, proficiency in CRM software.
