About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director, Technology Sales Support to lead our presales team and drive growth through strategic partnerships and solution offerings. As a senior leader, you will be responsible for shaping and executing presales strategies, collaborating with sales teams, and engaging with prospects to understand their financial and operational needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams, delivering impactful product demonstrations, and providing expert-level guidance on Corporate Performance Management (CPM) software. Strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication abilities are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the presales team, driving growth through strategic partnerships and solution offerings.
  • Develop and execute presales strategies, collaborating with sales teams to drive revenue and support the sales cycle.
  • Deliver impactful product demonstrations and provide expert-level guidance on CPM software.
  • Collaborate with account executives to identify and qualify opportunities, and tailor product demonstrations to meet customer-specific needs.
  • Provide feedback to product management and development teams based on customer insights to influence the product roadmap.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 8-10 years of experience in the CPM space, with at least 2 years in a presales leadership role.
  • Deep knowledge of CPM software, including financial consolidation, budgeting, planning, and forecasting modules.
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities, with experience presenting to senior-level decision-makers.
  • Ability to partner effectively with sales teams to drive revenue and support the sales cycle.
What We Offer:

At Wolters Kluwer, we offer a competitive salary range of $147,200-$208,350, commensurate with experience. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k), FSA/HSA, commuter benefits, tuition assistance, vacation time, and paid parental leave.
